What the five questions cover

The questions are taken directly from five of the fifteen requirements in the Ethicality AI Use Standard. They ask whether your organization has simple written rules for AI use that staff can find, whether confidential and sensitive information is kept out of public or unapproved AI tools, whether clients are told when AI meaningfully contributed to their work, whether a person reviews material AI-assisted work before it goes out, and whether important decisions get human approval before anyone acts on them.

The check is for any business, startup, nonprofit or professional firm that uses AI tools at work and wants to know where it stands before applying. You do not need a compliance team or technical knowledge to answer. If an answer is "Not yet", you will see which requirement it relates to and what usually closes the gap.
