AI GOVERNANCE — SUPPLIER REPRESENTATION Supplier represents and warrants that, for the duration of this Agreement, any AI system supplied to or operated on behalf of the Buyer shall be subject to an active third-party certification under the Ethicality AIMSS standard (or equivalent recognised conformity assessment). Supplier shall maintain the certificate in good standing and notify Buyer in writing within seven (7) business days of any suspension, revocation, or material change of scope.
