How it works

    Assess your readiness

    Take the free assessment to see where your practices already stand and where gaps may remain.

  2. 02

    Apply and agree scope

    Submit a short application with the documents you already have. You give us a card at submission; nothing is charged unless you certify.

  3. 03

    Independent assessment

    Your evidence is reviewed requirement by requirement against the fifteen EAUS 2.0 requirements, and every finding is then verified against your documents, and signed, by a named certification officer who prepares private findings.

  4. 04

    Certification and public verification

    Once the standard is met, your badge and certificate are issued and your entry appears in the public registry.

Founding cohort pricing

Published pricing applies, set by the size of your organization and fixed by your size band at submission. Assessment is included at no charge; the annual certification fee is charged only if you pass.

Ethicality is a private certification program. An Ethicality Badge reflects an independent assessment of the AI-use practices an organization disclosed to us, against the published EAUS standard, as at the assessment date. It does not certify compliance with any law.
