Ethicality's Board is composed of regulators, ethicists, climate scientists, labour advocates, and AI safety researchers — none of whom are employed by, or financially dependent on, the companies Ethicality certifies. Independence is not a slogan here; it is the basis of the credential.

Chair of the Board

Aiden Muscovitch

University of Toronto

Aiden leads Ethicality's institutional strategy and chairs the Board of Directors. He studies Ethics, Society and Law at the University of Toronto. His professional background spans Canadian institutions — including the Munk Debates and The Hub — and work on Parliament Hill. He brings to Ethicality direct experience with the institutions that shape public discourse and the policy environments in which AI is built and deployed.
