Documentary Evidence Review

Required artifacts and evaluation rubric for completeness and credibility.

1. Required artifacts

Model cards, data sheets, impact assessments (algorithmic, human-rights, environmental), training-data provenance records, evaluation reports, incident logs, complaint records, governance policies, vendor contracts, and red-team summaries.

2. Completeness rubric

Each artifact is scored on Presence, Currency (≤12 months unless justified), Specificity (system-level rather than generic), and Traceability (links to evidence). A composite score below the published threshold escalates to a non-conformity under AM-06.

3. Credibility rubric

Assessors triangulate documentary claims against logs, telemetry, code, and interview testimony. Unverifiable claims are removed from the basis of determination.

4. Confidentiality handling

Trade-secret material is reviewed under a written non-disclosure protocol; public reporting uses justified redactions only.
